How do you prep the concrete

We mechanically grind the surface with diamond grinding equipment and dust control, repair cracks and pits, and clean thoroughly so the coating bonds to sound concrete from edge to edge.

Can you fix cracks and pitting

Yes. We open, fill, and level cracks, pits, and spalled areas before coating to create a smooth and durable surface.

How do I clean and maintain it

Sweep or blow off dust and debris, then mop with a mild pH neutral cleaner as needed. Avoid harsh acids or abrasive pads. Most spills wipe away easily.

Will hot tires or chemicals damage it

The system is engineered to resist hot tire pickup and is highly resistant to common garage chemicals like oil, gas, road salt, and cleaners.

Does it yellow outside

The base and clear coat are UV stable which helps protect from yellowing.

Can you coat steps, stem walls, or vertical edges
